Cancellation Policy

By submitting your booking form to Becky Grimley Holistic Therapies, you confirm that your answers to the questions are correct to the best of your knowledge. By booking you agree to pay the full amount on booking. For cancellations or transfers, 24 hour notice must been given. If cancelling within 24 hours the full amount remains due and cannot be refunded. If you have booked a treatment, you understand that no claim has been made to cure any illness you may have, or guarantee any benefits of treatment and you consent to relevant assessment and treatment by attending. You will let Becky Grimley know if there are any changes to your health. Gift cards are non refundable. GDPR Your privacy is important. In line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are by law required to obtain your written consent to hold the information which you provided on your consultation form safe and secure. You are consenting to your therapist Becky Grimley holding and processing your personal data for the purposes of ensuring that you are medically suitable for your treatment and to comply with insurance requirements. The information will be held confidentially and not shared with anyone else. By law we are required to retain your information for 7 years from your last visit for insurance purposes, and once that time has elapsed, paper consent forms will be shredded and records held on a secure computer will be deleted.   In terms of marketing communications, On your booking form you either chose to opt in or out of marketing communications and also the method you prefer to be contacted. You may opt out of receiving communications at any time by contacting your therapist Becky Grimley. Please note that all processing of your personal data will cease once you have withdrawn consent, other than where this is required by law ( the medical history and insurance requirement), but this will not affect any personal data that has already been processed prior to this point.   If you do not give your consent, we will be unable to use your data, except in certain limited situations, such as where required to do so by law ( the medical history and insurance requirement), or to protect members of the public from serious harm. We are required to allow you to view your information at any time – you may contact us should you wish to do so, and if your are not happy with the way we are holding and processing your data, you have the right to complain to the ICO.
