Your journey to confidence and calm starts here. Would you love to start practising yoga but feel nervous about joining a class or trying it at home? Do you want to build confidence in your practice? Are you worried about doing the poses correctly or injuring yourself? Think you’re not fit or flexible enough? Feel like you don’t look like a “yogi”? Think again! Join us for a welcoming, beginner-friendly yoga course designed to help you learn safely and confidently. You’ll explore yoga in a supportive environment with others just like you – and with full guidance from me. About Your Instructor: I’m an ex-Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with 10 years of experience and have been teaching Hatha Yoga for over 4 years. I completed a 200-hour Yoga Certification with Suandasti Yoga Teacher Training, so you’re in safe hands. What You’ll Learn: A gentle introduction to the history and philosophy of yoga Basic yoga poses with alignment and safety tips How to warm up and cool down effectively Using props (blocks, bricks, straps) for support Simple breathing techniques for relaxation and grounding Meditation for calm and clarity Course Details: Dates: Fridays 13th, 20th & 27th February Time: 6:45 pm – 8:00 pm Cowling Village Hall Requirements: You must be able to get up and down from the floor independently and walk unaided. If you have any medical conditions, please contact Becky to discuss. Price: Early Bird (book by 1st February): £45 Full Price: £55 Special Offer: Bring a friend! If they book too, you’ll get £10 back after both payments are complete. Course content may be subject to minor adjustments. Ready to Begin? Cancellation Policy
All classes must be booked for and paid for in advance and payment is due when booking. Rescheduling can be up until 24 hours prior to class start time. After this your class cannot be transferred and will be forfeited. No refunds are available. Yoga is an individual experience and by participating with a class with Becky Grimley you agree to progress at your own pace. If at any point you feel overexertion or fatigue you will respect your own bodies limitations and will rest before continuing. You acknowledge that participation in any class run by Becky Grimley exposes you to the risk of possible injury. By attending classes with Becky Grimley you agree that participation is completely at your own risk and hereby release Becky Grimley from all liability, negligence, or any other claims arising from, or in any way connected to your participation in classes or outdoor activities. Your attendance classes verify that you are physically fit to participate in classes. You understand that if you are unsure, then it is your responsibility to seek the advice of a medical professional. If you are pregnant, become pregnant, or are post-natal, you confirm that you are participating with your doctor’s full approval. You assume responsibility to update Becky Grimley of any changes in your health/ medical condition that may affect my safety or participation in classes. You will also update Becky Grimley if you fall pregnant. GDPR - see GDPR tab on main page for information. FIVE & TEN LOYALTY CLASS PASS Once purchased there are no refunds. Once booked, classes can be transferred up until 24 hour notice before the class time. If a class if cancelled after this, the class will be forfeited unless in extreme circumstances on the discretion of Becky. You have 2 months from the date of your first class to use your 5 class pass, or 3 months for the ten class pass.
