Hatha Yoga Classes

Gentle Hatha Yoga & Hatha Yoga

Classes begin with a grounding sequence, checking in with yourself and creating an affirmation for your practice. We then move into an intentional yoga flow for our main practice then moving into a cool down and guided relaxation.

Gentle Hatha Yoga Classes are suitable for complete beginners and those looking for a slower paced class. 

Hatha Yoga Classes are suitable for beginners through to intermediate level. Modifications are included and the choice to modify yourself or rest is encouraged.

 

With my background in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and holistic therapies, I offer a well rounded practice to cultivate a healthy mind, body and spirit. ​If you have any questions about my classes or concerns please contact me so we can discuss your requirements for an inclusive practice.

Fitness Power Yoga

Sessions will focus on building your cardiovascular fitness with a faster yoga flow than my standard classes. New strength building poses will be incorporated. Sessions are 45 minutes long, including a 10 minutes quiet relaxation/savasana.

Classes are set at intermediate Level. As ever, participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and rest if needed. Modifications can be given.

Music will be uplifting and contemporary rather than traditional.

Discounts for double class bookings:  ie Power Yoga plus Hatha Yoga & there are also class passes which are progressively discounted.
